Victoria is a specialist employment solicitor with more than 15 years’ experience and joins us as our Head of Employment Law.
Victoria is recognised for her practical and commercial approach to complex employment issues: getting clients to where they need to be with the “minimum of fuss”. She advises on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including advising on business reorganisations, executive severances, employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries, drafting contractual documentation including bonus and commission schemes and advising on the TUPE implications of outsourcing and business transfers.
Victoria is a dual qualified employment solicitor and HR specialist, having recently completed a post graduate CIPD level 7 advanced certificate in Human Resources Management.
Victoria previously worked for Top 100 law firms Veale Wasbrough Vizards and Bevan Brittan before joining Jordans Corporate Law.
