Karina James-Wiltshire

Karina advises clients ranging from small businesses to multi-nationals on a wide variety of company law matters.

Her role as Chartered Legal Executive sees her dealing with anything from standard corporate changes through to updating a company's constitution. As well as drafting corporate documents such as LLP constitutions and company resolutions, she also manages company procedures including the re-designation of share capital and company restorations.

Karina has an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England, was called to the Bar at Gray's Inn in 2004 and was a graduate of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2011. She became a Fellow and qualified Chartered Legal Executive in 2014.
