Helen Goose

Helen has been a key member of the Jordans legal team for more than 25 years, helping to shape the service we offer clients in the UK and offshore.

Helen has been a Manager within the Corporate Law team since 2005. Most recently this role has seen her leading the transition of the legal division from Jordans Limited to Jordans Corporate Law Limited. This involved developing a more comprehensive advisory service – in-keeping with the new status as a law firm – and the implementation of new client care and due diligence procedures.

Prior to that, Helen was instrumental in making changes associated with the Companies Act 2006, helping with drawing up and reviewing new precedents, putting new systems and procedures in place and writing material to introduce the changes to staff and clients.

In her earlier roles at Jordans, Helen advised UK companies and their advisers, assisting with everything from company formations and drafting articles of association through to share transactions and re-registrations.

Helen has an LLB (Hons).
