Daniel is an accomplished company secretary with over 11 years’ experience advising boards of directors on corporate governance matters.
Daniel is a qualified company secretary and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He has specialised in corporate governance for a number of years and is passionate about helping companies adopt best practice corporate governance solutions that are right for their business. Daniel advises on a full range of corporate governance and company secretarial matters covering the Listing Rules, AIM Rules and the Companies Act(s), corporate governance best practice including the application of relevant corporate governance codes, corporate governance reviews and health checks and corporate reporting.
Before joining Jordans Corporate Law, he held several in-house roles with regulated and listed companies. Prior to that, Daniel trained as a chartered secretary with PwC Legal.
