Carmen Stevens

Attending board meetings, taking minutes, producing board packs – it's all part of the service Carmen's clients have come to expect.

Since joining Jordans in 2006, Carmen has developed a large and varied portfolio of clients, from entrepreneurs to large corporate groups for whom she undertakes an equally diverse range of corporate compliance services.

As well as attending to their routine statutory obligations, she also provides more in-depth board support for larger clients.  However, they all value her knowledge and experience and attention to detail.

Carmen also plays a key role in training clients who use PCSec, Jordans company secretarial software.
