Since joining Jordans Corporate Law, Adam has helped a wide range of organisations to manage the complex legal aspects of doing business. This spans broad advice on their corporate responsibilities through to technical guidance on areas such as completing and filing paperwork including shareholder agreements and articles of association.
Adam completed an MA in Legal Studies at the University of Bristol in 2003 and has a BA in Politics and History from the University of the West of England. He was called to the Bar of the Inner Temple in 2004.
