New QCA blog series: Introduction

In March 2018 the AIM rules changed requiring AIM companies to state on their websites which corporate governance code they’ve adopted. Websites need to be updated by the 28 September 2018.

In April 2018 the QCA published a new corporate governance code, which, for the purposes of the AIM rules, is a recognised corporate governance code.

We anticipate that many AIM companies will adopt the QCA Code, and as such, they will need to make a number of disclosures on their websites to evidence compliance before the 28 September 2018 deadline.

We will be publishing eight blogs over the coming weeks as part of the new QCA Code blog series. We will be looking at the QCA Code’s principles and what companies need to do to comply.
