Our service

Use a Jordans address to keep directors, LLP members and PSC residential address details confidential.

The Companies Act 2006 distinguishes between a director's or LLP member's service address and their usual residential address. Similarly, the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2016, has now introduced the requirement to maintain a register of People with Significant Control (PSC) and these individuals are also required to provide their residential address as well as a service address.  This service address will appear on the public record.
So to protect your directors, LLP members or PSCs you can choose either a London or Bristol address for use as a service address for use at Companies House.

"We have used Jordans for some years to assist us on complicated company secretarial matters, reconstructions etc. and have always found the service efficient, friendly and fairly priced."
